GREAT SUCCESS WITH THE “CHARITY AUTOBUS” PROJECT OF "THE HASDEI NAOMI” ORGANIZATION AND “DAN” BUS COMPANY

Tens of thousands of food products and of Mishlochei Manot [special Purim gifts] were gathered for the benefit of the needy and sick all around Bnei Brak.

This year, hundreds of needy families and thousands of sick children had the occasion to enjoy a true Purim Sameach thanks to THE “CHARITY AUTOBUS” PROJECT of the “DAN” BUS COMPANY and “THE HASDEI NAOMI” CHARITY ORGANIZATION, which was arranged towards the Purim Holiday.

Within the frame of this project, the “DAN” BUS COMPANY “CHARITY AUTOBUS” traveled along the streets of the city of Bnei Brak, being decorated with colorful posters and transporting volunteers from “THE HASDEI NAOMI” ORGANIZATION, who were disguised in various funny and bright costumes.

At the same time, in order to drive the residents in participating in the project, a musical announcement was broadcasted in the background, which called everybody to come and donate food products to the needy and the sick.

The residents, who came to the “CHARITY AUTOBUS” were received with a joyful and funny show and were presented with a balloon.

“THE HASDEI NAOMI” volunteers team, that accompanied this activity, reported that the operation had enjoyed a great success and during the collecting days, tens of thousands of food products were received, packed and transferred directly to the needy and the sick.

The “DAN” BUS COMPANY General Manager, MR. SHMUEL RAPHAELI, expressed his enthusiasm from the success of the project and said : “As a transportation company, which is very active in the orthodox sector, we find in this project a wonderful opportunity to relate to this sector and to bring to the residents a festive Purim experience. In addition, we are happy to take a generous part in encouraging donations to the community and to help with all our might in the collecting of food products and Mishlochei Manot for this important purpose, which brings a festive joy to the needy population”.

The Chairman of “THE HASDEI NAOMI” ORGANIZATION, Rabbi Yossef Cohen, who joined also this special activity praised and blessed the “DAN” BUS COMPANY for this happy enterprise and said that since the idea for this project came from “DAN” BUS COMPANY, he felt a deep appreciation for the company, which had wisely found an original and successful solution to collecting products : “It is important to underline that this joint action shows us the intrinsical force, which lies within the cooperation between charity organizations and various companies, and this strengthens and encourages all of us to continue with these extensive activities to the benefit of thousands of people, who need it badly” thus said Rabbi Yossef Cohen.
